Accommodation bookings have now closed.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing. Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Standard check-in time is 2pm. If you are intending to arrive later than 6pm please notify the conference secretariat. If you do not arrive on your stated check-in date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation, unless the hotel is advised prior to 6pm.
